I am a professor at the University of California, Riverside. I am setting up an academic research sim in Second LIfe called eLab City. eLab City will be a live-work-play community in Second Life for the study of virtual consumption. eLab City is a project of the Sloan Center for Internet Retailing at the University of California, Riverside. Design is critical for this project.
